When you start a conversation
Our enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number and the proposition you share. We use these details to consider and respond to your enquiry, and to email you a receipt. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before a contract. You do not join a mailing list.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your proposition. Enquiries are delivered through Amazon SES to our shared business email group, which Oliver and Sarah can access through Google Workspace. We generally retain enquiries for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless we form an ongoing business relationship or have a legal reason to keep relevant records longer.
Optional analytics, your choice
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, section and project interest, and whether our enquiry form is used. Analytics is blocked until you choose Accept. Choosing Decline leaves the site fully usable and does not load Google Analytics or send analytics requests, including cookieless analytics pings.
We do not send your name, email, phone number or proposition to Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. We send clean page paths without query strings or URL fragments, and no form-field values.

You can change your decision at any time through Cookie settings in our footer. Declining after acceptance stops future analytics and clears the Analytics cookies available to this website; it does not automatically erase information already sent to Google.
Hosting and security
The website uses Amazon Web Services, including a global content delivery network and a UK-region enquiry service. Technical information such as IP addresses is processed to deliver the site and protect the form from abuse. Rate-limit and duplicate-prevention records contain keyed hashes and delivery status, not your enquiry text, and expire automatically. Technical service logs are limited to 14 days. We do not sell your information.
Our service providers
AWS and Google process information to provide hosting, email and, when accepted, analytics. Their services may involve processing outside the UK, subject to their applicable contractual safeguards. Read Google’s privacy policy and AWS’s privacy notice for more about their services.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw analytics consent. Some rights depend on the reason we hold the information.
